There are a few responsibilities you have as a home owner in preparation of having a worker or service person out to perform a task or job. Here are some of the basic requirements for different jobs and the charges for them
It is the customers responsibility to have the pool drained for measurements and the pool must remain drained until the liner is installed. Failure to have the pool drained will result in rescheduling or a drain fee @ the rate of 120.00 per hour. Customer is responsible for shutting off water and the condition of the liner vac while left on property
No face plates, parts or gaskets are included in this rate. This does NOT include travel outside of basic service area or extra trip charges
Customer must pick a spot to within a reasonable distance to dump the old sand. This rate does not include any replacement parts, o rings, sand disposal or sand.
Pool must be filled to operating levels and have the ability to be turned on and operated. This does not diagnose equipment or leaks. This visual inspection offers a professional opinion on the general state of the overall condition of the pool
This rate does not include parts or travel / trip charges
